Wharenui has a total of 40 apartments - ten floors with four apartments per floor, all of which are owner-occupied. Apartments are only infrequently available on the market for purchase.
History
Completed in 1960, in the Modernist style, Wharenui Apartments was a premium addition to residential accommodation at the centre of Oriental Bay.
